Homework Hub's began in 2022, when a young lady, a HSC student herself, commenced assisting younger students. A spark ignited in her, realising that helping others succeed in their academic endeavours was a passion. The idea of creating a more comprehensive and supportive environment for students developed while continuing her educational pathway.
Homework Hub was born!

Reflecting passion, dedication, a deep-seated commitment, and unwavering belief that every student has the potential to excel, Katrina and her colleagues continue to encourage the growth of each student. Building confidence through knowledge and understanding, all students/clients are guided to unlock their potential and achieve their academic endeavours.

Mentor/Tutor

Thomas Kennewell

Thomas is completing his HSC - Advanced Mathematics; An excellent tutor in all stages of mathematics, plus a very capable and confident tutor in Science to stage 5 (Primary to Year 10).

Thomas is very active in team sports - a cricket umpire and assistant coach in hockey, he is an excellent communicator who builds confidence and connections with his peers/students.

Katrina Roohan

Katrina embraced Homework Hub in January 2005 with a strong desire to assist Primary and Secondary School students to achieve their best possible results.

Katrina is a degree qualified educator with many years of classroom experience. Passionate in supporting students to develop their skills, confidence, and enjoyment in literacy and mathematics.

During her spare time, Katrina enjoys Parkrun, attending the theatre, and sharing time with her family.
